I had a friend who had an issue with his domain name, and discovered ... wonders of wonders, in today&#039;s technology ... that they had a phone number with a human being at the other end!  

I don&#039;t normally expect synchronous voice communication with most service providers these days, but it&#039;s really nice when you get into trouble!</description>
