Mum offered me some spoons, which I did not really think about. After all, what is there to now about spoons. As with all simple things in life, they are not so simple once you dig into them. How many types of spoons can there be? Lots. What the purpose of the spoon with the round hole in it?

All spoons are made of bamboo, hence bamboozled, and are then beveled on one side and flat on the other. Their purposes, I am still trying to figure out.

Wooden spoons are great for non-stick cookware. Not only are they biodegradable, they are as natural as you can get. They can be used decoratively, if you wish, but I think we will use them for cooking, and possibly replace the plastic melamine one we use today. We do have a metal one as well.
