I recently had a maintenance call for my furnace from Enbridge/Enercare in Toronto, Canada. In the end they sent me an online survey of a couple of questions, which I dutifully answered. This resulted in this error message. It looks like a database insertion error.

Online Enbridge/Enercare customer satisfaction survey results in this error. Very odd. Needless to say, the survey ended prematurely
So much for the customer satisfaction survey. At least the maintenance call went well.
I really hope this is received by the appropriate Management at Enercare.
I had the best maintenance on my Air Conditioning system and Heating system by far. Norm Rollin took the time after his work to explain every detail which I was interested in knowing about his profession.
I did not feel pressure at all during his explanations, he made me feel like he utterly cared about his trade,a real genuine professional.
