My poor Mum bought some fake KN95 masks from a friend of a family member. The masks are physically small, meaning they probably have insufficient coverage. Chinese made, and completely fake. This is a waste of money and dangerous in that it might offer minimal protection against CoVid-19.
The package of 10 KN95 masks came in a bag with a zip-lock type closure. There is a single paper label inserted into the bag. The masks only have “KN95″ embossed on both sides, with no company logo or name, and no Chinese “GB” product certificate number. such as “GB2626-2019”

Searching Baidu maps for the company street address revealed a number of large tea leaf companies, but no such shoe company. The address for the production factory looks like a residential area. Totally fake.

The problem with Chinese stuff such as masks is that the Chinese government, unlike South Korea, does not regulate their manufacturers. When it comes to monitoring Chinese citizens on social media, the CCP rules with an iron fist. When it comes to exports, they turn a blind eye.
These masks are marked “KN95”, but with nothing else. No Company name, no code, no Chinese GB product certification code, nothing. If it hurts foreigners who would wear this fake mask, they do not care. Morals are different.
While I can find the company using Chinese on Baidu, they do not list a telephone number or email address. The web site does not exist. You cannot contact them.
